Do you take walk-ins?: Yes, walk-ins are always welcome, seven days a week. On busy evenings and weekends, booking online or calling ahead helps you skip the wait.
Is there parking?: Yes, there's plenty of free parking right outside. We're in the Conway Commons shopping center, next to Bath & Body Works.
How can I pay?: Cash, credit and debit cards, and Lux Nail Bar gift cards.
Do you sell gift cards?: Yes, in any amount, and they work for every service. Pick one up at the front desk or give us a call.
How long does a visit take?: Most manicures take 30 to 45 minutes. Pedicures take 30 to 70 minutes depending on the one you choose. Times are listed on our price list.
What's the difference between acrylic, dip and Gel-X?: Acrylic is the strongest and best for extra length. Dip powder is strong and lightweight, with no UV light. Gel-X is a soft gel extension that looks the most natural. Not sure? Ask us and we'll help you choose.
What if a nail chips?: If a nail chips, lifts or breaks within 7 days, come back and we'll fix it free.
Do you have services for kids?: Yes! Kids 10 and under have their own menu, including manicures, pedicures and polish changes.
